(Property rights are in any case not constitutionalized in Canada in the manner they are in the U.S.). Rather, it is the exercise of an ability to petition Cabinet to review the decision, as <A HREF="http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/ShowDoc/cs/T-3.4/bo-ga:s_1::bo-ga:l_I//en?page=1&isPrinting=false#codese:12" REL="nofollow">set out</A> in the Telecommunications Act.
